Problem:
The client required a PCB to track the drone and fulfill various other functionalities.
Although the drone was already developed, they needed to enhance it by adding capabilities
to monitor and observe drone status during flights. Specifically, the client required a website
to display metrics such as drone status, flight history, battery level, flight time, altitude,
longitude, acceleration, and gyroscope parameters and angles. Furthermore, they wanted to
accurately map the drone’s path and update this information on a remote IoT cloud. All data
and communications needed to be transmitted over LTE and MQTT protocols. To achieve
these goals, the client turned to Infinity-tech’s expertise in embedded software, hardware,
and IoT solutions.
Solution:
PCB Design and Development
In our collaboration with the client, we provided a diverse range of solutions tailored to their
objectives, emphasizing the selection of electrical components that combine high accuracy
with cost-effectiveness. Our approach involved the design of a cutting-edge PCB capable of
seamlessly integrating key components such as a microcontroller, LTE module, GPS module,
accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, and pressure sensors, among others. This
advanced PCB design not only ensures optimal functionality but also facilitates future
scalability and adaptability to evolving technological needs. By leveraging our expertise in

Firmware Development
Following the completion of the PCB design phase, we proceeded with firmware
development tailored for seamless operation of the PCB. Utilizing FreeRTOS, our firmware

performance and reliability of the integrated system. We implemented advanced algorithms
and protocols to maximize the capabilities of the microcontroller and other components,
enhancing overall system efficiency and functionality. This approach in firmware

IoT Cloud Integration
To augment the functionality of the PCB system, we integrated IoT cloud capabilities
